It's been about two weeks since I graduated as a Gold Standard Adult Yoga Teacher from my school Chi Kri Yoga and how time flies! High off the feeling of graduating with my fellow trainees, I doodled these notes at the time to share with you.

1)It's a dream come true!
The following 24 hours I was in absolute anand - pure bliss!
2) I didn't think I was good enough to teach!
For years I harboured limiting beliefs that I was not good enough to teach, that I was not flexible enough and I couldn't bring myself to invest in myself and my learning. If you are having doubts that you can teach, you can! Check out my school Chi Kri Yoga!
3) I have always wanted to help others achieve their potential
Yoga has given me the most valuable tool in my tool kit to help others achieve their potential on and off the mat. I have always looked to share my knowledge and experience with others to help, it's important to me to pay it forward and hope you will be one of those people to receive.
4) It's an honour to share the gifts that yoga has given me
My yoga training has given me so much, for example, practising pranayama (breathing) and meditation at the start of the day, is the best way to start my day in peace. These will be important aspects of our yoga practise, we don't just focus on the physical.
5) I'm feeling more creative!
My yoga training has rekindled my creativity, I started blogging again, writing poetry again and I have always enjoyed a good singing and chanting session!
For fear of this reading like an Oscar speech, I am in immense gratitude and respect to my teachers Neil, Miti and Mehul from Chi Kri Yoga. I could not have done this without them, or without the love and support of my soul sister Rina, and my study group - the Purple Starfish.
